Abide is accepting referrals and availability inquiries for CLTS nonmedical respite in Milwaukee, Waukesha, Ozaukee, and Washington counties. Adult long-term care inquiries may also be submitted for future planning.

Abide is a qualified Wisconsin CLTS provider for nonmedical respite. Every referral is reviewed for scope, schedule, location, safety needs, and available staffing.
Each submission is logged for review and follow-up. Services begin only after eligibility, service fit, staffing, and participant-specific authorization are confirmed.
